It gently, but firmly pulls shoulders back, improving posture Cups are lightly lined with fiberfill for shaping and support. Each bra-cup has a cotton/spandex pocket to hold breast form. Top cups are polyester lace; bottom cups and sides are polyester tricot. Elastic sections are nylon/spandex. Front-hook convenient if you have limited movement/flexibility.
